Who pays the claims?

The Claims are paid directly to the repair facility from our claims department via Credit Card. This is how we're able to guarantee any certified shop will accept the policy.

Is there a fee to cancel my policy?

This depends on what state you live in. Different municipalities have different cancel regulations.

Where can I take my car for repairs?

Any ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certified mechanic.

What if you go out of business?

All policied are backed and insured by AmTrust which is an A rated carrier.

There isnt a repair number limit to how many claims can be filed, however there is a limit on the dollar amount which is the actual cash value of your vehicle.

What if someone else is driving the car?

The policy follows the vehicle not the driver, so covered repairs are still covered regardless of who was driving when they occured.

What if i sell my car?

All policies are transferable and prorated refundable.

What if I made modifications to my car?

Modifications aren't covered, and can potentially void the policy depending on if they are outside of the manufacturers recomendations.

What is the difference between insurance and warranty?

A manufacturer's warranty is a promise by a manufacturer that they will repair or replace defects in your car, or that your car will be of a certain quality, for a specified period of time.

How do I get a rental?

If it isnt provided by the repair facility you can call the roadside number for assistance.

Yes, and its also available on your COVI app that is designed for you.

What do I do when I breakdown?

Start by calling the towing line, then show your id card to the repair facility, finally you'll be set up with a rental car while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired.
